You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts found to violate this rule will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts created to circumvent restrictions will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds are transferred to your registered Indonesian bank account only. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 25x–40x). Wagering conditions, validity periods, and game contribution rates are disclosed fully before any bonus is activated.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the hbtoto Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hbtoto reserves the right to suspend all such Accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any other person. hbtoto will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to protect your login credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify hbtoto immediately via our customer support channels. hbtoto may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation at its sole discretion.
All Accounts on the hbtoto Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, subject to applicable conversion fees.
hbtoto is required to verify the identity of all Users before permitting withdrawal transactions, as part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable gaming standards.
You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents during the KYC process:
KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM WIB). Submissions made outside these hours or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
If you fail to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made, hbtoto reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, restrict gameplay, or close your Account. Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after applicable review procedures are completed.
hbtoto accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Indonesian players:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may contact customer support to request higher deposit limits subject to enhanced verification.
Deposits made via e-wallet are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation is received. hbtoto is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank's internal processing times.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to have received third-party deposits will be subject to suspension and the deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account with completed KYC documentation; (b) a real-money Balance that meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (c) fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements if your Balance includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
hbtoto targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for standard requests submitted during operating hours (24/7). In practice, most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are completed within this window. Complex cases requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals will be transferred exclusively to the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered under your Account name. hbtoto does not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties, and does not issue withdrawals via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or any method not listed under our accepted withdrawal channels.
Standard accounts carry a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50.000.000. VIP tier members may request higher limits subject to account review. hbtoto reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
hbtoto offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page before a User opts in. The general terms set out in this clause apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Certain promotions may carry higher wagering multipliers, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days after being credited to your Account. Expired Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be removed from your Account automatically.
hbtoto monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: hedging bets to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once, using automated tools to exploit promotional terms, or participating in coordinated ring activity. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse may have promotions voided and balances adjusted accordingly.
hbtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-term, Users who have already opted in and begun wagering will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms.
All sports bets placed on hbtoto are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, hbtoto will refer to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body — including FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, the AFC for Piala AFF fixtures, and the relevant national federation for badminton and other disciplines.
hbtoto offers mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), single bets, handicap (voor bola) markets, over/under, and various exotic betting markets. Specific rules for each market type are published in the Sportsbook Help section of the Platform.
All casino and live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Results are published promptly after each draw concludes, and winnings are credited to your Account automatically within 30 minutes of result confirmation.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that results in a game being interrupted or an incorrect result being displayed, hbtoto reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's Account. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous game outcomes will not be honored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbtoto Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the hbtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbtoto or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hbtoto Platform without prior written consent from hbtoto. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
hbtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hbtoto will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention systems is carried out solely as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.
hbtoto does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by consumer protection law, hbtoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hbtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. If your Account carries Bonus Funds, those amounts will be forfeited upon closure unless specifically waived by hbtoto at its discretion.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hbtoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact hbtoto's customer support team in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. hbtoto will endeavor to resolve all legitimate disputes within 14 business days of receiving formal written notification of the dispute.
